At first i played as a German tanker.. after i got the leopard a1a1a1a1a1a1a1a1a1a1a1a1a1a1a1 spaded ... i started with Russia and holy shit i just 1 shotted my way up to the t 54.Gone were the days where i had to aim...
T-34 85 and T-54 1947 ... super bias 1shot tanks plus the armor on the 54 47 omg it's horrible if you are against it and awesome if you are in it.
The only horrible curse that you have when you play with Russia is the depression ... there is none and it's just hell sometimes.
From the lower tiers another awesome bias stalin made tank is the KV-1 ZIS 5 ... it's just a fucking fortress 1 shot all but 2 or 3 types of tanks, a great tank for a new player and an unstoppable monster in the hands of a good player.

Is the reason why people complain about (and to some extent rightly) Russian bias and sekrit documents. Because some Russian finds a half rotten handbook, in the back of his garage, with scribbled text and numbers in it, and a month later the Gaijin devs in all there Russian Glory accept them a month later, to a point where they sometimes fundamentally change something (50 hp on a 30-35 ton tank is nothing to scoff at), meanwhile other nations get something like this shit:

Most of what's in this specific video isn't really bias so much as good flanking positions and smart moves. You could succeed just the same in most of these situations in any nation's tanks.

You have the nost russian bias in arcade mode beacause lets say you drive a bIaS-2 and you see a Tiger H1 sidescrapping and your armor penetration indicator is full red,you fire and you kill the sideacrapper

I've killed a T54 or T55A with the ZSU 37 single gun AA thing. Ammo racks are not OP enough until it explodes like tsar bomba.
As a World of Tanks-Player testing War Thunder. I must say War Thunder feels more rewarding and less frustrating. f.e. world of tanks smb can take you out from a damn bush and you cant see him. Well as a newbie when should I start playing realistic games and not arcade. currently playing the ruskis and the germans. I must say the tanks look much better not like they've made out of plastic.
Any general tips for a WT newbie. Btw great videos I like those russian bias vids, in World of Tanks its even a bigger isue like fuck the Tigers and Panthers (premium rounds)

I'd recommend sticking to arcade till you get used to the game, once you get a few vehicles, let's say ~level 25 and get used to the way you aim and such, start slowly transitioning to realistic battles. I kinda went from AB to RB at lvl 70 tho.
Generally for AB just have good aim and know where to shoot, for RB you'd want to know maps a bit better.

Eh depends on the tank, check the armor on each tank, boxy tanks are better for angling than ones that look like lets say the IS-2, although every tank can be slightly angled. German tanks are mostly good for angling.
