When your most of your budget went to the Air Force, then the Army had to settle with low cost upgrade like the CM11. That's what happened in real life.
Taiwan is just US's largest aircraft carrier, so it makes sense they had absolutely horrendous ground force.
and also, there's a big chance they'll think "Chinese will just charge us head on like Battle of Guningtou" even in modern day.

The reason the reload is better is because it uses the M68A1, the same gun on the Abrams, and not the M68, used on the other M60s
cm11 had 5s reload since it came out. Much earlier than Abrams buff.
@@user-iz6dz4fj1t the 105 abrams have always had a 6.5 -> 5 second reload, the 120 abrams were the ones that recently got buffed.
The CM11 is one of my most favourite tank at 9.3, when the Abrams received the 5 second reload buff so did this vehicle, it has DM63 105 which pens alot for 9.3 and the armour/era is trolly at times. I usually play this over my ZTZ96 and even have a talisman on it.

The main thing about this vehicle is just the awful early grind, but that reload & the rounds, absolutely smacking.
but then again, its about getting there.
ROCA trained their tankers to load in 5s. This information was provide to gaijin by Taiwanese coordinator so CM11 got it 5s reload since chinese tech tree come out.
Its predecessor in the Chinese tree, the M60A3TTS is equally shit and inflated in br. It's at 9,0 like the American one, but lacks the top round and the ERA that the US one has.
It's only saved by being at a slightly more favorable BR.

I really like this and the ztz96. The reload on this has gotten me outta many tight situations fighting close quarters

I think he spaded it long ago. The only reason he didn’t spade the CM11 back when it came out was because it was an end of the line vehicle that used to have super high modification research costs.
the chinese m60 is utter dogshit compared to this thing, with its 5 second reload and m1 abrams gun.

@@zyzzyx222The only downsides are reverse speed and armor otherwise it's top notch with the dm63 and reload speed. You just have to play it second line not front lines 😂

I had a bad time with this tank, the ztz 96 is a much better option. Chinese 9.3 ussually faces full downtiers imo. Especially with the turms 3 spam😂
This vehicle is a prime example of why we need different BRs depending on the modifications researched.
it is funny that this tank in tank assault is basically the best of all.
the main thing you need there is OK pen with reliable damage, and a very fast reload with a huge ready rack. and 5s reload for 34 shells is just the best you can get.
and since it is in AB, you are also decently mobile with good gun handling
Yes the shell is great, has the most penetration at its br. But man the engine power is low, I want to peek and reverse from a hill but it’s to slow.
Pretty much the same with the strv 104 & 105
So i played the israeli magachs and playing them stock is abismal, but once they are spaded they become ok, but they still not excell at anything

I ain't going to say all M60s are the greatest thing since sliced bread but I feel like most people play tanks outside of their intended role then wonder why tanks suck. I know it's a game but the CM-11 wasn't really meant to fight MBTs mostly light tanks.
Now I want to play it to prove that it can be good LMAO…

5 second reload with that much pen at this BR is fucking INSANE.
Survivability for a 9.3 is also utterly unmatched.
Absolutely terrible vehicle. Rarely seen in use for the reasons described in the video.
@jetnavigator entirely incorrect, join a high level competitive squadron, most meta vehicle at 9.3 on everyone's meta lists, AVR, Bofss, erc.
High level plays stress mobility, you can’t be that slow in high level plays, otherwise you get outflanked. Stop using high level,plays as an excuse to support your favorite vehicle/nation.
@nelsoncheng2674 bud I have over 1800 vehicles across all nations, China is not my favorite nor is the cm11.
This thing is a brawling monster. Point blank, period.
Nothing else at this br has a 5 second reload, thermals, era, 4 machine guns, and enough armor to stop 30 mm reliably.
Watch any tec video on any slow vehicle, he thinks they're all terrible, and quite frankly, they're usually not. ;)

i see the only reason why cm11 got better reload, its probably because its the same gun as on m1 abrams. im not sure, but since abrams and m60 place ammo differently, and the gun is practically the same as on other m60, it should not work the way it does
The only good M60 is the AOS, the rest are just trash.
M60A2 is inconsistent but can be incredible, especially in a down tier since it has a laser range finder
The 7.7 M48 in the German tech tree is also very bad
