I’m not massively experienced in many pre workouts by any means but I must be one of the very few who thinks gorilla mode is incredibly overhyped? Finally got hold of some here in the uk at £60 I might add and I honestly put it as an average pre, maybe it’s a psychological thing but as soon as I went back on MVPre later that week I felt far more focused and intense, I’ll obviously try it again but for me it honestly did very little which I’m gutted at considering the cost 😂
Bought WarCry a year or two ago for the first time, it was unreal, had the best workouts, felt focused, good pumps, however after a few months away, I decided to buy it again and it did not feel the same, definitely didn’t taste as good, packaging was slightly different, didn’t have as much of an impact. Was more expensive back then but definitely wish I could have it back haha

@@Max47C ahh awesome! Thanks for the comment, sometimes this can happen! Think something similar happened to me with Pre-Kaged pre workout! I would strongly recommend the new flavour Warcry though! It’s really nice 👌

Performance and ingredients are really the only things that matter
I agree these are technically most important, but to narrow down a top 5 and to make the video more interesting Iv taken on board what other factors people find important
Nah price def matters flavors can’t be ass too
Most of the 3/5 ingredients is just the citruline Malate so I’m gonna try this total war, just gotta make sure to shake it up so it doesn’t clump lol

How about Manson pre workout by Insane Labz? It's only one that has me jittering
Mason is a proprietary blend, I personally wouldn’t rate it until they can actually state what amounts of each ingredient it contains
I got this just before christmas total war blue lemonade it was in one big block, date 24/4/24. I had to break it with a knife😁👍

Does it have creatine in it? If so I can’t try it because I’m allergic to it and I’m talking about Gorilla Mode.
Ingredients are shown in the vid, and yes it has creatine.

wondering if Gorilla Mode has vitamin K in it🤔 the reason I'm asking is because I'm on blood thinners and can't take too much vitamin K.
It’s still one of the best pre workouts out there Total war Curtis but I’ve gotta agree with the comments it does clump together quickly after opening
I have total war and it keeps me up at night.. idk why. I'm doing so much research but no avail. It really messes up my sleep pattern.
@@mathewo07 it’s a mega dose of caffeine Mathew so if your taking it later in the day it will effect your sleep pattern
@@GreyWolfFitness So maybe its just my body but I normally workout about noonish, and same result. So I just swapped today to bucked up. 200mg of caffeine instead. However I will agree, if it wasn't for the sleep issue, total war is it. (for me at least)
@@mathewo07 could be as well if your like me and you like your coffee as well it could be the added caffeine from the coffee that’s doing it not just the total war

It’s an ok Pre, but low dose of Citrulline and in the form of malate 😐
A couple of trademarked products but not the important ones, plus I’ve used and didn’t find I felt a great deal on it

typically the good stuff never tastes good, tried Jack3D back in 2011, stuff tasted the worst, but I felt like a god during my workout.
