Today I had an omelette sandwich called Roti John.
The meat, vegetables, and bread were so plentiful that I was happy while eating.
In particular, if you are a cheese lover, the special Roti John is a must try.
The portion was so generous and the taste was so good.

Even as a Malaysian, I have always never bothered to try one of these whenever I see them being sold by the sidewalk. But that all changed when one night I was strolling by the street of Miri in Sarawak and began to feel the pangs of hunger starts creeping in and most shops were closed by this time during the pandemic... except for a few street vendors. One of them makes these roti johns. So I took my wallet, ordered a foot-long variant with some extra onions and paid for it before heading back to my hotel room. Was apprehensive at first but I eventually took the first bite and boy oh boy was it the best piece of sandwich I have ever had. Still won't bother buying them if there are other alternatives like satay and other variety of skewered meat but at least I won't take them for granted anymore.
Roti John also can be a kind of soul food! In Malaysia, too many options to choose! Hehe Have a good day!😊😆

Its rose flavored drink. We call it sirap (sound same as syrup). It is like kicap (sound same as ketchup but kicap is soy sauce).
And ketchup is tomato sauce😂
Ketchup in Malaysia called as sos tomato (malay) or tomatoes sauce (english)

The red free drink is made with rose syrup. Like that made with sugar. If made with condensed milk instead of sugar, it be air bandung. Some bandung added with grassjelly (cincau).

Sampai = until
Ketagih = addicted

The pink drink is called sirap in malaysia which is made of rose water and to make it sweet they add sugar.
And pandan leaves

FYI, Sirap actually made from pandan leaves only and not roses,
