- Lara Fabian Je Suis Malade | I'm Back with The Live version WOW!!!
Original Video: • Lara Fabian - Je Suis ...
Any help in supporting the channel would be truly amazing!!! I love coffee!! buymeacoffee.com/thecontentju...
This is my second reaction to this song but first time listening to the live version and I'm simply blown away. I hope you enjoy it. - Розваги
Welcome to Lara's world!! She is the best singer on Planet Earth!! Great reaction!! ❤️
Lara fabian the best, the queen ❤❤❤
great reaction. lara is masterclass
Perdere l' amore live Lara fabian
I recommend you a Spanish singer her name is Diana Navarro with the song "El perdón" she is a singer that transmits a lot when she sings and has incredible melismas. She is also very versatile when it comes to singing. She sings different musical styles. Best regards
Glad you enjoyed this.
See the performance of Caruso, in the same concert if you want EVEN better!!
You need to see Broken Vow from this concert
❤❤❤❤❤
❤❤
You should see allso je suise malade live from her concert en tout intimite 2 years after i think
I am so glad you got to see this! I'm sorry that some people may have turned to rudeness in their anger that you picked the "wrong" version. First, there is no wrong version of any of Lara's work. I listen to her recordings when I'm at work or in the car and I enjoy them all the same. Second, there is no room for rudeness in Lara's world. She is one of the most generous and gracious artists I know. I think maybe people were disappointed that your first impression of this masterpiece was *not* her iconic live performance. Anyway, I'm happy for *your sake* that you finally watched it. I truly believe that you where no less blown away by it than you would have been had it been your first exposure. You still got the full "Lara" effect! For me, even after watching it many times over, I think it's one of the most emotionally charged performances there ever was. It is a perfect example of a human channeling the divinity of music and creating something that transcends. I know that sounds corny, but there you go...
Thank you
Lara does not tell the story, she IS LIVING the story just in front of you, she is feeling all the emotions of a song and channeling these to you directly.
There is no equivalent performer currently. She is the best on that front.
Go back and watch the last 35 seconds or so … the part after you cut it off. You’ll see the depth of Lara’s emotional commitment to the song.
?? I watched till the end
Yeah I just checked that was where the video ended, I didn’t cut off the ending.
@@TheMusicJunkieChannel You have no luck with versions haha, this one doesn't have the little introduction nor the last 20 seconds.
Do you often play lottery? 😁 Joke apart you can see the last seconds in other videos of this concert 😉 You're not the first to take this one. Cause it has lot of views we can think it's the best, but it's just that this one is online for longer time.
Welcome to the wonderful world of the best female performer of this century, a great rabbit hole!
Linda reacción! Saludos desde Costa Rica! Increíble y hermosa obra maestra impresionante de Lara Fabián, la mejor cantante e intérprete del mundo entero, la voz de cristal más bella y perfecta que existe! Gracias!
“Je suis Malade”, now a french classic, was written by famous French singer & songwriter Serge Lama together with composer/singer Alice Dona in 1973.
This is based on his own experience and he was the original performer, hence some lyrics are a bit male-oriented (eg my mother leaves me, whiskies, I pour my blood in your body, …).
When Serge Lama had a dinner with Alice Dona and told her about his obsessive love that was leading to a road block, she came back home and composed the music in a couple of hours.
The morning after, she presented him the music and he wrote the lyrics in … 20 minutes.
Serge Lama was the original performer in 1973, it started to be promoted on the radio, and the song was brought to fame only when, a few months after, Dalida covered it. She was an absolute mega star in France, another emotional powerhouse, and this song resonated very much with her own feelings. Her success with this song transformed it into a french classic, and started to make it famous abroad.
But it is Lara Fabian that really made this song a very popular song in many countries with her cover in the mid 90s.
At that time Dalida had already passed away, but Serge Lama was (and is) still alive. Dalida and Serge were two inspirations for Lara, so she sent an audio copy to Serge of her version.
She was unknown at that time in France but he was so impressed with her vocal skills and her emotions rendering that he invited her in France to sing it as a duet during his own Paris concert in January 1995. It was a triumph. So he sat in a front row seat and asked her to sing it again alone.
Lara also had made some subtle changes to the song that gave it even more power. Serge and Lara became good friends and performed several other duets later on.
The 1999 version ("From Lara with Love" Concert in Montreal)
ua-cam.com/video/eHSyk4SGtuY/v-deo.html
is legendary internationally and has attracted many artists to do a cover, even from non french-speaking countries.
The most recent ones I am aware of are from italian singer Giulia Falcone, from the korean singer Choi Sung Hoon or from the korean band Forestella.
Lara is used to perform the song very differently in each of her tour and for instance the En Toute Intimité, 2003, Paris Olympia version is even more dramatic

This performance was my gateway drug to Fabian. I was hooked instantly. Jaw-dropping. Literally. I've watched it hundreds of times since that first time & it has never lost its power to stun me.
Same.
I listened to this song live from Lara Fabian last week and she still sings it with the same perfection. Lara is definitely still amazing.
Great reaction👍
Every song from this concert is amazingly beautiful❤️
“Caruso”
“Perdere L’amore”
“You’re not from here”
“Adagio”
“Broken vows”

Lara is the ARTIST! Watch her Broken wow, Caruso (both live) and Je t'aime from her Paris 2001 maybe concert, this two with lyrics ofcourse.
I think she is a unique stage artist, never felt so much raw emotions in music interpretations like by Lara.
The live performance is hugely different. Lara is best known for her performance. I still believe she is the best performer...ever.
If you can, watch the final part of the video that shows her emotional state even after singing. She's fantastic! To me, she and Dimash are the only singers who truly feel what they sing and tell us a story through their voice, awakening a variety of emotions in us. It's no wonder Lara is one of Dimash's musical idols and references. Last Saturday, I attended Dimash's concert in Budapest and would have loved to have been at Lara's the week before. It would have been a 2-in-1 experience... Please keep reacting to these two musical geniuses. Regards from a portuguese dear❤
Watching her sing live ,pulls you all into the story ,her mannerisms ,her expressions ,she is extraordinary! Thank you for a wonderful reaction ,glad you enjoyed this one .
I’m so happy you got to have this experience! You’re having the perfect reaction that most people have when they see her perform. Next you should check out her live performance of broken vow which she wrote after a breakup. Very emotional. Just as every thing she sings
❤
Perfect!!!❤❤
Lara just completed a successful tour in eastern europe and will kick off a tour in Canada in June.
She is still delivering songs with the same vocal range and interpretation skills.
See the final Adagio climax she just made about one week ago in Zagreb:

All of her performances from this concert will leave you speechless.
Excellent reaction
You should listen to her saying "Je Suis Malade" -- Je Suis is literally "I AM". You are saying "Je sus malade"... Je Sus means I suck.
I can't help it. No other singer is that perfekt for my ears and my heart ...
That’s just the tip of the iceberg! Everything she does is a masterpiece
She’s the kind of person absolutly amazing and moving in live performances, but you couldn’t know that before listening to her.
Thank you for giving another chance to this song, very nice reaction ❤
XLara's songs are rich and varied 15 records over 140 songs
don't be content with her early live performances from the 2000s
with these vocal performances
Lara is much more than that
some spectacular tracks

Lara Fabian is a true artist, author, composer and performer.
a sunny woman who catches you like a moth in the light.
lara
the best of humanity....
Love your reaction. I too asked you to watch her doing this live. In fact I can only think of few examples where I would recommend her studio version of any song. One example of this is 'Le Roi est une femme', but that's because I have not been able to find a live version...
Lara is a fabulous performer. If you can compare her studio version of almost any of her songs to the most delicious bread, the live version adds the butter...
Par Amour and L'Oubli are the only ones for me where i prefer the official video, because both tell a special story.

Growing wings dose it for me to
Love Lara ❤
Love from Denmark ❤
@@MartinWeng Yes that video is great too.
Llora too although its heart wrenching, it shows Lars acting skills and makes you realize that this is more than a wonderful song. About Par amour, I do prefer the piano voix version because of its beautiful intimacy.

Right ❤️
Love Lara ❤️
Love from Denmark ❤️
This performance is breathtaking. This was my first Lara Fabian song i'v heard and after that my life is not the same anymoore. Its better. After the last note i just whant to hug her..She looks so fragile and taken by this. Sorry you paused it so early. Check that moment out. Great reaction. Lara is always at her best live. Cheers from a finn in Sweden.
I didn’t pause it I was told there is another upload this one finished at that point. I have gone and seen it!!! It’s even more impressive!!
Lara❤
You are going to absolutely love Caruso by Lara ❤
Hahaha. At least you were able to coherently express your speechlessness! I've seen worse performances at that a few years ago when I discovered her. Mostly youngish men discovering depths of emotion aside of what they felt for their mothers for the first time it seemed.
If you want to see where her talent comes from (as in the Italian opera tradition) watch Luciano Pavarotti sing Pagliacci / Vesti la giubba (Kareem Ahmed has a subtitled version).
You must watch till the end to see her emotional comeback to reality
Her lives performances are better than the album versions 😍
In live performances Lara is on another planet compared to the studio recorded versions. For future reactions, if there are any, Eric Sicard will be able to provide the appropriate links, both for the older concerts and for the more recent ones since, at 54 years old, Lara is still on tour and is preparing a new album. 👍
There is one(same) with subtitles, you know. Was at Montréal--Québec--Canada in 1999.
You have said it all 🙂
Every song of her is amazing, but let this be your last song: ua-cam.com/video/IYnFwUbC9A8/v-deo.html
Wonderful reaction! When you have time, please react to another great song: “Caruso” (in Italian) - just phenomenal!
It's performed live, from the concert:
“From Lara With Love"
(every song from that concert is a masterpiece!)
Here's the link to a high quality video:
