Son…I try not to comment a lot on these…so much I could say, so many feels on this part of the journey but here is my quiet opportunity to say following a dream, a passion can at times come with a cost. It’s WHO you are that we all see. Love you son, thank you for the courage to open up to us all…and to show what following a passion looks like. Proud.
I literally popped my pulley at the beginning of winter break, luckily I can climb hard now but not climbing hard for awhile was so hard. Climbing for me is a huge part of who I am so I get in man. stay strong!
@@jeremyholmes4454 Appreciate it dude, always nice to hear from people who can relate. Good thing is my finger seems to be improving by the week now so hopefully not too much longer before I can get back to trying hard!
Could you make a video detailing what you have been doing to rehab the finger. Are you doing progressive overload to build back strength in the tendon. Also what taping technique you use/when you use tape?
@@Limeadillo Absolutely! Thats the next video in the works, my rehab process has been working incredibly well and by the week my finger is feeling healthier and healthier. I would love to share what I have been doing!
@@channingtryshard glad to hear it, i have also recently injured my A2 and am trying some stuff out. Would love to hear whats worked for you, i feel you pain (literally)
are the climbing clips in this pre or post injury just curious. Also dealing with recovering a finger injury myself, not as extreme but still very annoying. Keep up the good work dude
@@TheZava99 Immediately after an injury absolutely, but I have been working up to this for over 8 weeks now. Generally a good rule of thumb is- if it hurts, don’t do it!
