i farm 148k damage using kiev 14 fires, 12 plane kills, and 314 target hits it was fun actually and this video is owesome and kiev is now a mini cruiser in the game and i must avoid those high tier attack aircraft and stay close to allies if necessary to avoid of getting detonated by rockets and AP or HE bombs are dodgable like that video 9:38 that would be all

Rememeber when Kiev was tier 7. This superunicum remembers. (Also, you forgot to mention that Tashkent has the longest gun range for any DD in the game, beating out the Khaba by ~1km. And that the Izyaslav is >Clemson.

My take on the Khaba - don't waste time chasing it, kill other things instead. It's not like it is going to cap...
I am at Kiev atm, but I found Ognevoy more suited to my style.
Main soviet dd tree is very light cruisers, without citadel. This is wery funny. Khaba can easy kill Des Moines and Minotaur in solo.

In some maps it can do it, without smokes. If your team support you, enemy dd's will run for their lives.

the problem is the khaba's torpedoes doesn't increase the range so i did close to 9km and that's gonna work :V
As I said only use it during retreating and cyclone, when u fire backwards it can hit approaching ships at about 10km away (when launched)
