Hey Amir, I am going to get a transplant in November with a reputable clinic in the Netherlands/Turkey. However, during the consultation in person I had a feeling they only wanted to fill up my temples and lower the hairline by a cm. The problem is my entire frontal scalp is thin which makes it hard to style my hair (very similar like yours) and I am scared if they only will fill up the temples that the end result will look weird because of the frontal/mid section (and still will make my hair hard to style) or am I just being paranoid? I was wondering this because in your transplant they also placed some grafts behind the hairline/frontal section but I really did not have the feeling that they want to do that in my case. Do you have any advice for me when I will have the consult in Turkey with the doctor a day before the operation?
I just contacted the clinic you went to. They seem okay but kinda suspicious. They told me $3200 for 4800 grafts including hotel and the laser room treatment. I remember you saying you paid close to $4500ish for less grafts. Any idea why they quoted me much lower? I need help and now I’m nervous that they won’t take care of me like they did with you.
@@amxr Question. Have you noticed any side effects and have they gone up or down over time? I've been on FIN for 7 months. At the start there were some side-effects so i went down to 1mg every other day. Eventually the side effects went down. not 100% gone but enough that I felt comfortably taking this indefinitely. I decided to go to 1mg every day. At first there was no change, but after a month I felt more side effects, so I stopped for a week and now I am back on. I want to do 6 days a week. So far side effects have gone down again, but not 100%
DO NOT do this in the first 12 months after HT. You will damage / destroy the new grafts.

That price is fine. I used same clinic and paid similar for that many grafts and hotel.

As long as you give a 24-hour window in between the derma roller and minoxidil usage.

It's recommended to leave on the scalp for at least up to 4 hours for proper absorption before washing.
Do you shed when starting derma rolling
It can cause some temporary shedding but will soon be replaced by fuller and healthier hair.
Just get wet cupping on your scalp 7 times and hair loss stops permanently.

You can use 70% isopropyl alcohol to disinfect the derma roller after use.
What's your thoughts on using ketoconazole shampoo to block dht ?
Studies have shown promising results for DHT inhibition. I use it 3-5 times per week.
