I’m in the process of learning this and GUYSSS it’s not as hard as it looks!! The moves are actually VERY memorable. I guess the level of difficulty is different for everyone but if u like dancing for fun, this is the choreo🙃
It's really not! I started learning it yesterday and I was really surprised on how fast i got the hang of it.

I on the other hand have been dancing like a goose out of breath for the past 2 days
it's not hard when you're dancing casually, but if you want to dance like itzy there are many tiny details and angles that make the dance tricky. The fast speed does not help in that regard.
Its so hard compare to dalla*2 and their other songs like icy (icy is so easy)
For the people who are struggling:
- Watch the first 10secs on 0.5x
- dance along the first 10secs on 0.5x ( while looking at the video )
- study the moves carefully, watch it again
- practise without music ( with the video
- practise with music ( with the video )
( repeat until you know all the steps )
- practise it on 0.5x ( without looking at the video )
* if you have a mirror, look in the mirror,make sure you don’t look awkward while dancing*
- now try it on 0.75x
- become confident with all the steps at 0.57x
- after you are confident with the steps work on your facial expressions, precise hand movements, lip sync the lyrics to not look awkward
- memorise it well, keep practising
- once you don’t look awkward and you are confident do it on the normal speed ( while looking at the video )
- then practise without looking at the video
- repeat with the whole video
*the key is to study the movements well, and not under dance or over dance*
Tip - before learning a dance keep watching the mirrored video in your spare time and listen to it a lot, so that you will learn the lyrics easily and the dance will be easier to learn if you keep watching it, you will know the most of the movements and you will just have to clear your dance if you watch the dance video a lot.

if you wanna learn this choreo (and any other itzy choreography) my tip is to look at lia because she often softens her shapes and moves whereas the other 4 are so detailed and difficult to copy. lia is really a lifesaver when learning itzy choreo! hope you get well soon!

For everyone trying to learn this dance, make sure you stretch properly before and after, take breaks, and drink plenty of water!
@Mary JoyDo what you normally do when you're stretching and add others warm up exercises (you can search in utube) and also make sure your whole body is warmed up or nothing hurts when you do intense moves or else you might get cramps🙂

this was the first k-pop choreo i've ever learnt (i was bored during uarantine lol) and speaking from a dancing background, this dance is really easy to learn but hard to execute as well as the itzy members. mad respect to the girls for being able to sing while dancing to this.

a little advice for every dance you’ll learn: after you’re able to to do the choreo at normal speed, try it at 1.25, this will help you precise every move, in fact when you’ll try it at speed 1 every hand or foot will be a lot more similar to the original, cause your brain thinks that that is the slowed version, i always try this and my cover became a lot better

Luca Di Giovanni maybe this choreo is a little above your level if it’s the first dance you’re choosing to learn. You could try a different ITZY song before coming back to this one, you would have definitely improved by then
