Football Manager 23 has arrived! I have spent a full day looking at it and to be honest haven't been overly impressed by the new features. So we will begin our year with Elgin City in Scotland
Chronic heart disease is a silent killer. After suffering myself, and recovering I have decided that should this channel succeed to dedicate it to raising money for heart disease research which amazingly is largely funded by donations.
Help me to help others who will suffer in the future by watching, liking, and commenting and if you do this only once you will go a long way to raising awareness and to hopefully in the future raising as much money as possible for this very worthy cause. It happened to me. It can happen to anyone!

Nice performance all 'round, took a comfortable lead in the first half away from home and hung on well to get the 3 points.
Thanks mate....you have to be careful in FM23....AI managers change things a lot more this year
@@fm-oldmanphil be wary of AI assistant managers this year as well ;-) ... I've started a build a nation sort of save with Pachuca in Mexico and almost went out in the quarter final play-off series against Tigres because the AI recommended me to play Tindrade in DM when he doesn't like big matches... also wanted me take "get stuck in" off which made my side look apathic in the away game. Bounced back from a 2-0 deficit and won 3-0 at home when I played Chavez in DM the next match though and had "get stuck in" on and "Close Down More" in the front line on as well.
@@andrewb.3076 Thats good to know...there are a lot of things making it more difficult this year...But it was time to raise the level of difficulty slightly

I'm a Stirling fan in real life, always good to see them on FM, even if they did lose (I'm used to watching them lose haha). Its one of the few stadiums in FM that is remotely similar to its real life counterpart.
