Volkswagen ID.Code | Future Crossover that will Surprise You!

As part of the Beijing Auto Show, Volkswagen presented a futuristic concept car called ID.CODE. This is only a concept, therefore, there is no data on the power reserve, engine power or battery capacity. But the show car is expected to set the design style and technology standard for the brand's future models in China.
The very first surprise: the ID.CODE for the first time has external body panels that will function as projection screens. A special human avatar supported by artificial intelligence will be displayed on the side window and will be able to communicate with the driver. The car also has a level 4 autonomous driving system and it is assumed that the driver will be able to turn his seat 180 degrees to communicate with the passengers in the back row right while driving.
In addition, the Volkswagen ID.CODE has an intelligent lighting system: so-called "3D eyes", together with an LED screen in the front part. The systems are activated when the driver approaches the car, and "3D eyes" observe the driver's movements.
Volkswagen has announced that the ID family in China will grow to 16 models by 2030. To do this, the German automaker should introduce the ID.UX line in 2027, which will include 5 electric cars. Other cars, in fact, will be hybrid versions of already existing models with internal combustion engines.
The sub-brand ID.UX will be aimed at young people and will offer a completely new design. The first ID.UX model should debut this year.

Why this design is just for the Chinese market? If design, battery life and software are all good, the car can sell in most markets (except America).
