It is good to experience the likes and dislikes of all the systems you are using and so far you have done well. mike seems to pick up boat noises easier than speech. It will get better as you go on. Enjoy

Yes, the engine sounds are very loud. Jennifer (of Scho and Jo) tells me they slow the boat down when they record. Plus they have better sound equipment than us!

My boat is in the video! The carver in the background stern tied at outer regata bay! We had a fire on shore that night!

We do have those clip on mics per a recommendation from our daughter. However, they require plugging in to our phones...which we use for filiming...and we are never close enough to the phones to plug them in. One day we'll get better equipment!

What kind of Drone are you using?

Hi Christine. The drone is a DJI mini pro with the new RC control that does not require a cell phone. A little pricey bu it is very intuitive to fly.
