Fish Pie Recipe | How to make a Tasty Nigerian Fish Pie
Ingredients
Dough;
500g flour
100g margarine
1 teaspoon baking
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium egg
350 ml water
Filling
Titus fish
Onion
Ginger and garlic
Seasoning cube
Curry powder
Rosemary spice
Fresh pepper to taste
You can use spices of choice to season the fish.
You can add salt if need be. Mine needed no salt, because the fish was already very tasty and needed no salt.
