    I'm taking back all the good things I had to say about this product.... I still am facing a lot of issues here. The 1st pair I got had issues updating the firmware so I went back to the store where I got it from and got a replacement. 1 week after getting the replacement, here I am having issues with the right earbud having no sound at all. The touch functions are working on the right pair but no sound just would come out of it regardless if it was on desktop, using 2.4ghz or Bluetooth. THIS PRODUCT IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

      @TheCourierNV i dont think they care. I still see these things on the shelf and I stiill see people complaining about the same issues 😂🤣

    today i have bought hyperx mixcloud buds. i was have same issues like you in stereo gun shot and foot steps can not measure from where sound come but when i touch 2 buds in same time what make mute mic then stereo sound suddenly back. you can try it IMO.

      gaming was fine before it completely died and it just didn't happen once... I had to replace it 3 times bro. Maybe... just maybe... this was just really meant for me. hahaha!

    Welp..I'm watching your video with it... and with only one side working. Left side stopped working for some reason. Not good in Apex and PUBG but ok in Valo.

      @@UnrupturedTV I tried reaching out to their support which I think is an AI, I didn't even get any straight answers. Terrible after sales support.

      @TheBrazals they're useless! I had the chance to speak with a live representative, and just told me to go back to the store where I bought it and have it replaced.
      They told me that 3 times for 3 dead earbuds. I even tried reaching out to their CEO in LinkedIn, who said he'll bring it up somewhere, but nothing happened. They might just see this as an isolated issue.

      @@UnrupturedTV Oh man. I'm sorry to hear that. 3-time replacement is just crazy (and the message to the CEO lol) . I guess we'll just have to wait and see if a firmware update can clear this. (hopefully) I won't waste my time coming back to the store and getting the same product. Unfortunately, no refund for me just replacement. Oh well. I appreciate the info

      ​@TheBrazals no worries man... I had to go through all that pain because it's a good produc TBH... super low latency, good sound, flexible compatibility... I seriously wanted to give it a chance. Honestly, I still want to buy it. But after seeing threads in forums now in 2024 about people still having the same problems from 2 years back is insane. I still see these buds on shelves and I still want them. But dang. The problem is still out there... so no... hahahaha

      Такая же проблема. Купил,распаковал и подключил донгл к пк. Программа сказала подключить наушники к пк,но после подключения ничего не происходит. И сами уши как будто не включаются. 😢

    Had to replace mine 3 times in just 1 month! Right pair kept dying for some reason! Sheeeesh! So much trust wasted on this product!

      @vishalkokul7424 bring it back to where you bought it, get a replacement, or maybe a refund. I feel bad for these earbuds. They're really performing well to be honest. I just dont understand why it keeps dying.
