    Very useful ang website na ito.Tuwing may Bible Study kami on Saturdays dito ako kumukuha ng recipe para sa nag aattend.Praise God nagustohan nila.Spiritually at physically busog .

    andito ako sa dubai this time at malaking tulong ang mga recipe na tinatampok nyo sa panlasang pinoy dahil ako ang nagluluto ng pagkain ko, pag may gusto ako lutuin i click ko lang ang panlasang pinoy at yung gusto ko lutuin there it go at parang professional cook na rin ako, salamat panlasang pinoy,,,,

    sir salamat po sa mga hinahatid nyong kaalaman patungkol sa pag luluto..natuto ako sa inyo...currently andito ako sa ibang bansa...sa katunayan wala akong alam sa pag luluto,,,sa panlasang pinoy lang ako tumututok ng lahat ng recipe,,,salamat po ng marami,....mabuhay po kayo...

    I usually boil the tripe first with onions until tender before making 'sangkutsa' with the garlic, onions ginger, patis etc.

    MizzJ3N, i remember eating goto with pork blood and tripe. delish! took me a while to find that right recipe but i managed to decipher the whole dish. panlasangpinoy version looks awesome too. :)

    @moised pakuluan mo sa luya, depende sa dami ng tripe ang dami ng luya. pakuluan mo ng mga kinse minutos bago mo hugasan. this help to remove the fishy smell of any organs before cooking

    @julianangeli kasubha (tagalog) is also saffron (English) not sunflower , I'm sure meron sa UK , ok lang yun if you don't have saffron, it just gives the rice a golden hue.

    It's "kasubha" or safflower in English. You can find this in Mexican or Asian stores (if in the USA) or open markets in the Philippines. It adds a mild flavor similar to saffron but much cheaper.

    @Herbie1601 agree...but in many parts of the country it's called goto...especially in metro manila...it's like alamang...people call it bagoong....not knowing na ang alamang ay shrimp paste at ang bagoong ay fish paste ata...not sure...=)

    Apple Steph, kasubha yun tawag dun or saffron, it came from crocus flower originated in Greece, it's expensive abroad but it's cheaper in our country ,ginagamit yan pampalasa at pangkulay sa mga pagkain.
