    Hi there. Do you know if an MK1 CF-30 could be upgraded with an MK2 motherboard? Would the monitor and peripheral connectors fit?

    you really have us going that far without first removing the battery? Is this the order that you would go through if you were doing this job? or did you think that doing things in the order you did them in easily understandable?

    Hello, great video!! is it possible to change from 32bit cpu to 64bit cpu on cf-30-mk1? The cpu is soldered on the motherboard right? Thank you

      Yes the cpu in soldered. When panasonic made this model they did not support the 64bit function on the cpu.

    if you wanted could you put in a better processor without messing up anything about the toughbook like do i have to put in a certain type of processer or what?

    • @Bobjohnson
      @Bobjohnson  8 років тому

      +bacon Bliss No, the Processor is static in the Panasonic Toughbook CF-30. The Processor is soldered into the motherboard and cannot be removed. But you may want to upgrade your computer with a newer unit like the Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 or Toughbook H2.
