I think this chef is the best of all ramen/udon shops. He takes pride in every step he takes in the kitchen and with all food he touches. The food going out is gorgeous, fresh, delicious looking!
Their child (children) will grow up and watch this UA-cam clip to always remember how hard parents had gone through raising them, especially for this daddy. Salute to this chef. Really hard working professional and hoping their success in live. 🇯🇵👍🏻🙏🏻
The restaurant is so AMAZING! I like the way the chef kneads the dough with his feet, and the dance that he does when handling the udon. The flowers on the tables are so cute, salute to his mom. The foods are wonderfully prepared and looks so sumptuous. The apple prince and his apples add vibrance to the food and the restaurant. Well, I felt so hungry watching this video at 2:00 AM. Ended up drinking water instead. Greetings from the Philippines 🇵🇭

I would REALLY like to try the food at this place. It is a TOTALLY different udon restaurant from all the other udon viedos I've watched. I LOVE tempura and they do a lot of it here. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant too! Would make a fine dining experience! Video was well done! Thanks

Loving the American style restaurant. We have some here in England not many but not in the part that I live in. Shame because the booths are so comfortable. I would love to eat here food looks amazing.
