Tacking in stronger winds

Tips on how to keep boat speed up in the tack. In strong winds this is all important. Allow the boat to slow and it will get stuck in irons, especially in single handers. Tips specific to the ILCA and Laser but just as applicable to Toppers, Solo's and many other classes of boat.
