Agree, looked like they needed better tires for that terrain, and the one rider who decided to play in the mud looked like he could use a lesson in throttle management. LOL
I own this bike and i love it. I tried little off road just once but on with normal tires fitted. And my feel was that this bike is to heavy for off road and space between engine and ground is to small. I have dct version and I was scared that off road is not good enviroment for dct. Anyway I ride much this bike in the city and is great for it. Next bike I would like i Africa Twin dct or Crosstourer dct. I am taking i to consideration also vfr 1200 dct.

@@robsonenduro3316 if you want to call this "doing it" because basically you could try to ride about any motorcycle in the dirt with varying degrees of success ....this was a degree of success quite divergent from a ktm 690 for example ...apples and oranges ...the effort deserves to be laughed at ....heck the guy videoing this is laughing HIS ass off! Would not be all giggly with a true offroad bike...yes? Good video showing why NOT to buy such a bike if THIS is the kind of riding you plan on doing a lot of...IMHO

Buy it you will love it. The bike is a lot more capable than these riders show. The bike gets 72mpg, goes 120mph and has great storage capacity. Factor in the low price and you got yourself a good bike. Run 50/50 tires
I ride a 2017.ktm 1290 adventure r This is not hard off rd Put in you tube search Chris birch ktm adventure..... You be amazed... On the other hand I live the Honda NC wish you had off rd tyres and worse terrain.....glad you never used backing music

Great video....it was fun. That bike is not meant for that kind of test, but it did amazingly well.

Yeah...thats familiar feeling. Though by the look of it - those NC suffer from inadequate tired for situation. Try Pirelli Corsa. Good road/offroad.
Yes, a friend of mine used it. I usuallytake the michelin pilot road 4 because I use it on asphalt.
