      One of my favorite solos of all time. Not only does it sound good, but it tells a story. It's more than just a bunch of random notes thrown together

    Such an interesting style.. he keeps the shape of chords even for single note parts (not always but often).. Im assuming this helps with visual hand placement. Super interesting.

    That concert line up would be been to kill for. Missed when MTS came around where I lived due to work. Had currents MTS and Within the ruins. Was a little upset nonetheless. But Novelists and MTS would've been epic.

      I've heard well versed musicians say it comes from being diverse musically because you have many influences to draw from to inspire your writing. Like I could see how jazz or classical might play a role in this. Something like that. Basically listening to different genres of music helps with the creativity factor.
