5:20 About the 50/50 chance I think that... It reduces 1 if one is switched 1/24 It reduces 3 if both are switched 1/576 Increases by 3 if both are solved 1/576 Increases by 1 if one is solved 1/24 Increases by 1 if no one is switched nor solved 526/576 Reduces 1 (1/24) 4.16% Reduces 3 (1/576) 0.17361% Increases 3 (1/576) 0.17361% Increases 1 (550/576) 95.4861% But I'm not sure about what happens when they are fliped...
hi josh weimer, i use op for corners and m2 for edges and just wanna ask if i memorise an odd number of corners ( i memo corners first then edges), is it ok if i were to not do the parity alg and just memorise the edges as if they were alr swapped adjacently?
spectrum 90 I'm not really sure what you mean. This isn't intended to be a beginner tutorial, and there isn't really any intermediate corner method, just OP and 3 Style. If you are looking for a OP corners tutorial, there are plenty of good ones already
Arian Geravandi Technically you can, but you shouldn't. For 3BLD, move efficiency and speed optimization are very different. In reality, you should never rotate for any edge comms
There's a lot to cover in terms of 3Style. As I understand, Ishaan is working on a 3Style tutorial for CubeSkills, so my plans are dependent on how that develops. Even if he makes a tutorial on what the method is and all of his algs, I still think there's a lot to be covered on how to learn, how to transition, etc. tl:dr, yes but my plans are very loose
OldSlow Cuber it works with comms as long as you use UBL buffer. If you have parity, you’ll have to use a Y perm to solve the last target, which swaps UB and UL from their psuedo solved position into their solved position.
The world demands part 3!
BET
Josh is actually slowly teaching us basic 3 Style.
that's basically what advanced M2 is. Even M2 in some cases is technically 3style.
Akash Malajpure not always unoptimally, but yes
i'm finding the good stuff slowly but surely
Very well structured. Came for those M-slice insertions and you didn't disappoint. Sub earned.
*Me before the video:
I'm ready for this Josh!
*Me after the video:
Aaaargh!!!! To much info!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing awesome outstanding

yes you can do so, i personally recommend as it eliminates the need for a parity
8:37 woaj, I used to rotate y' and do that as an M2 case
definitely gonna use that 5 move trick in my future solves
Something on easy corner commutators also please! Preferably with UBL as the buffer
Dude I just learned the parity alg and u just showed me the faster one ;,,,(
please upload 3th part
Very clear tutorial. Teach us also how to do the corners please

smooth fingertricks
For RB RF you can do (x z' R E2 R' U2 R E2 R') and same thing for LB LF for dont do setup move
It's better to do one extra move and do a 9-mover than to rotate and do an 8-mover.
Arian Geravandi Technically you can, but you shouldn't. For 3BLD, move efficiency and speed optimization are very different. In reality, you should never rotate for any edge comms
And here I am, *always* rotating in BLD
When do you recommend applying these tips? Great video!!!
Odyssey Cubing maybe around 2:00, but you can start using them anytime. The earlier you start trying, the faster you’ll learn :)
Sounds great. Thanks!!
I need to convert the targets to speffz to follow the tutorial
Dang dude this is nice. Do you have plans for a 3style tutorial?

tl:dr, yes but my plans are very loose
Unfortunately, I don't know when it will come out.
wait so that means ishaan is flying to autrailia to feliks's studio?
Do we have to pay for it to watch Ishan's tutorial on cubeskills?
It will most likely be like Felik's current tutorials. You will only pay if you want extra special tips and such but the majority of it will be free.
Does this mean I have to re memo when i get pairity?
Is this even M2 anymore?
DNM 37 it’s basic 3Style
Josh Weimer I don't know much about this, but isn't DF buffer bad for 3-style?
@@DanNguyen-oc3xr It is. learn UF style, don't even bother with advanced m2 if you know you're gonna be serious about 3bld imo
What about if you have an edge flip on the m slice? Like SW, AQ, and so on. Helpp
You would need to use a specific edge flip alg for cases like that. You might be able to find algs like that here: bestsiteever.ru/tables/
@@JoshWeimer thankyou!!! Amazing tutorials btw :)))
Josh actually if u used speffz letter scheme , it would be better
what cube are you using?
Do you memorize using speffz?
shouldn't it be ( UB - UF ) instead of ( UL - UR ) ??
3 Style tutorial please! It's really confusing. ( corners )
Vishwanath Jeyaraman in a few months :). I’m too busy with my college applications right now to make any more videos
Josh Weimer Thanks man! Atb for your Apps
cube?
Does your method to avoid parity work when using 3 Style/corner comms or only when using the modified OP Y Perm?
OldSlow Cuber it works with comms as long as you use UBL buffer. If you have parity, you’ll have to use a Y perm to solve the last target, which swaps UB and UL from their psuedo solved position into their solved position.
That sound of the marker on paper😐
What cube is that?
I just wanna learn m2 moves, not random stuff
How can you do your M move so fast ?
Double flick
is gts2m your main for 3bld?
Yes
nice
I use speed optimal 3-style from UF why am I watching this lolol
Ethan Dennis So that you can learn floating DF, duh
