a few things happened with this game: it wasn’t 100% when it came out, it came out peak hate train on games and everyone had to not think for themselves and piggy back on the same comment complaint for games, and it being harder than mk11. also; i work in PR. the company behind Tekken 8 10000% bought bots on social media. during that time, all comments on mk1 pages were the same, all mentioned tekken 8, were from different countries; etc. but that added to the already loud crowd that circle jerked each other in the comments for comment likes complaining about the game. this game is fun, they just needed to work some things out and wait to release it.
