Sheet masks are highly saturated sheets of fabric that contain serums, collagen and other ingredients. As such, a sheet mask is something that can be used everyday - in fact so many people have done the sheet mask a day challenge and found great results. However in this video I talk about Sheet masks - how to use a sheet mask, results from using a sheet mask and why should you use one. Please do not squeeze the serum from the mask after applying, you do not want to take all the dirt and impurities to your skin again. Throw the mask and also do not reuse it. But yes, you can take the serum left in the packet and apply to other parts of the body.

Other parts..Why?? Can't we apply the extra serum from package in face instead of other parts??

My God who squeezes the sheet mask. It's not at all required..the reason being it absorbs the dirt from you skin and want to re apply that dirt

No...don't do that...use it once a week..that should be enough...after using it, you will feel hydrated enough but still I would suggest you to layer your moisturizer cuz when the serum all absorbed in, it tend to leave the skin dry overnight...

No dont do like that .you can only keep in face for 15 to 20 minutes..more than 30 minutes will occurs in re absorption..it will take back the moisture in skin
Use at night, keep the mask for 15 mins on face, then massage the left over serum and after sometime , layer with little moisturizer...you can wash face in morning
