What is the difference between TJA and Dynamic Cruise Control + Lane keep assist? It looks like they both do the same thing.

you would certainly expect those are using the same features, probably the only difference is that it activates at such a slow speed and start/stop. in older vehicles they had a speed limit bottom like 15mph and then cruise control wouldnt work

How is this any different than Pilot Assist on my Volvo except for the fact that the Volvo does NOT have annoying chimes, dings and bells telling you to watch the road and Volvo doesn't charge you a dime to use their system. Honestly, I don't understand what makes this any better than my old 2018 Honda Odyssey with Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assist.
