How to add Southwest Companion to Flight

In this video I show quickly show how to add your Southwest Companion to your flight, after you get your own plane ticket.
First and foremost you will need to have qualified for the Companion Pass. You will receive an email once you do qualify, and your Rapid Rewards Account will show an area for you to add your Companion.
Once your Companion is added to your account, and once you purchase your plane ticket (You may purchase ticket via points or $$); you will be able to Confirm and add your Companion to your flight.
It's actually a relatively simple process and only a few basic informations is needed. Your companion will receive a confirmation, and you will receive their confirmation as well.
The Southwest Companion Pass is truly amazing esp for domestic flights within North America. I highly recommend looking into this program if youre new to 'travel hacking' and looking for great credit cards / points system.

HELP! The add companion button is not there.
Even though my Companion's information shows on the right hand side the add companion button is not there for me either. 😩
I'm going to have to call Southwest.
