Rukia has been my favorite character since this debuted on adult swim. I’m glad she finally gets to do something people disrespect her just for the sole fact that she’s not super strong.

I really like that episode 6 of TYBW part 1 has Yamamoto's "Hottest and Badass" Bankai then in episode 6 of TYBW part 2 has Rukia's "Coldest and Gorgeous" Bankai. Also, Press F for As Nodt. His voice actor did a really good job to scare you.
All As Nodt had was fear ability. He wasn't a 'fighter'. You can get immune to his fear ability with one line of pep talk? Weak writing. One off villains that only look strong on paper but are super disappointing for silly reasons. Gremmy is the same.

Let’s go! I have been waiting to see Äs Nödt’s Vollständig be animated and it did not disappoint. It was great to see Rukia’s beautiful Bankai as well as the return of Byakuya. They got me hype with Ichigo being officially on his way and saying how he’ll take care of things 🤘🏽Seeing the panel of Yachiru punching the Sternritter at the end was awesome to see and I want Kenpachi to show up and get to work already! Can’t wait for next week!
After reading the manga over a decade ago I’ve been blown away with the show. I’m confident in saying the TYBW is one of the best anime ever made. The animation, the art style, the music, the voice acting, everything. It just keeps getting better. It doesn’t pull any punches, waste any time or apologize to those who haven’t watched or read the series up to this point. 10/10

As we know Rukia can launch large waves of cold air to freeze things from a distance. She definitely could've done that to defend against the eyeballs that As Nodt launched at her and Byakuya. Rukia was only able to be affected by fear because she wanted to be acknowledged by her brother. The second he encouraged her As Nodt could no longer affect her. Byakuya did no damage to As Nodt, that was a clean win for Big Ruk🥶

I love Rukia and how she is different from all the shonen girls, Bankai reflects the spirit of the user Rukia has the most beautiful Zanpakuta and the most beautiful Bankai Can you imagine how pure her inner world is!
Shikai reflects how you see yourself and bankai how you are, so you could also argue that she both sees herself as being very cold and IS very cold, but also beautiful, which tracks with her lack of emotion generally. Also shows internally shes quite cold and strong but can break easily emotionally (like when her brother didnt ackknog her) Its a great Bankai.
Great reaction I loved it and I especially loved seeing that Big Ruk reaction from Jerry and Wellz that had me smiling and laughing. Just deeped something…Kubo has written the solution to all his fights with the antagonist being a embodiment of the issue whichever character they’re fighting. Rukia’s arc has been started with her being sentenced to death before ichigo saved her but she accepts it just before he comes in right at the start of the series. As Nodt power works because all living things fear death and he exploits that. With Ruky’s power being that of literally killing herself to overcome death, she becomes a true shinigami (the beings that guide and purify the dead) which completes her arc (from giving her power to stop Ichigo dying, to fully embracing her death as part of her power -fucking genius again from Kubo-sensei

Watching this shows that Rukia’s power is different from Hitsugya’s. Hitsugya’s sword is creates Arctic Weather and generates ice. Rukia’s on the other hand freezes anything it comes in contact with; including the water and moisture in the air. Same type of element but used very differently… amazing. 🤔

Just deeped something…Kubo has written the solution to all his fights with the antagonist being a embodiment of the issue whichever character they’re fighting. Rukia’s arc has been started with her being sentenced to death before ichigo saved her but she accepts it just before he comes in right at the start of the series. As Nodt power works because all living things fear death and he exploits that. With Ruky’s power being that of literally killing herself to overcome death, she becomes a true shinigami (the beings that guide and purify the dead) which completes her arc (from giving her power to stop Ichigo dying, to fully embracing her death as part of her power -fucking genius again from Kubo-sensei

They are left vague and so open to interpretation, many come up with their own theories and sometimes fight over things. No one can prove each other wrong and yet they all think they got it right.

Watching this shows that Rukia’s power is different from Hitsugya’s. Hitsugya’s sword is creates Arctic Weather and generates ice. Rukia’s on the other hand freezes anything it comes in contact with; including the water and moisture in the air.
