I had the Maxi 24 EX delivered earlier this week and have quail eggs in it now. It is a fantastic machine with a really high spec which is working impeccably so far. Temperature and humidity levels are perfectly accurate according to my own calibrated thermometer/ hygrometer. Brinsea simply cannot be beaten when it comes to quality.
Please follow your product instructions. If you need any further help please email us@ sales@brinsea.co.uk and we will be happy to help you. Kind regards, Brinsea.

@@wildzimbaby Hi, unfortunately not yet. We are only able to make videos out of season as we are so busy at the moment. If you want to check your setup you can email us: sales@brinsea.co.uk and we can take a look for you.
I bough it and put there 22 chicken eggs. But few bigger ones 61-65g do not turn at all. Shape of your constructions do not let them touch bottom. What should i do? Is there some trick or will I need them turn manually?
It sounds like your eggs are larger than a standard hen egg, you will need the large egg carriers for these, please contact your nearest distributor to purchase them. Kind regards, Brinsea.
@@BrinseaProductsLtd I have 22 eggs. Larger inserts would be for less than 22 (I got some duck ones, but that would bring capacity down to 50%). Or do you mean some other inserts? I got few others in a package.
@@vokr Please refer to our Egg Sizes and Dimensions chart: brinsea.co.uk/latest/resource-centre/egg-sizes/ - if your eggs are too large for the standard hen egg quadrants then you will have to use the larger quadrants, which will unfortunately reduce capacity. Your other option is to turn by hand. For further information please email us: sales@brinsea.co.uk. Kind regards, Brinsea.
Hi, I own a Brinsea Maxi II which works perfect, but offers only space for 14 hen eggs. Does the "new egg quadrant system" for 24 hen eggs fits in this model? Thanks

Can you please confirm if this product is working and suitable with African gray parrot’s eggs. if not, please let me know which product is suitable. thanks
The best machines for African Grey parrots would be the Maxi 24 EX, or the new Brinsea Zoologica incubators. The Zoologicas work with a turning roller system and have very fine control. You can find out more on our website. www.brinsea.co.uk
dear sir i am just starting up a quail and quail egg business afther lossing my job though the covid pandemic i need a incubator that is going to work as i have spent almost all my founds on incubators that have been rubbish can you recommend one that hold about 50 eggs would you have a recondition one that would help me get my business of the ground many thanks brian
Hello, we currently have a Brinsea Maxi II Eco on clearance, this would hold 90 quail eggs, but you would need to turn the eggs yourself: brinsea.co.uk/clearance/clearance-maxi-ii-eco-incubator/ Please visit our website for more information on our other incubators: www.brinse.co.uk. Kind regards, Brinsea.
The egg incubator market is now more competitive than ever and it’s easy to make the mistake of buying a cheap, imported incubator from the Far East, and expecting it to work to the standard you expect. Our products may be more expensive than some others, but we provide our customers with much more than other manufacturers do. All Brinsea products are made in Somerset, in Great Britain and we have been at the forefront of incubation technology for over 40 years. We have a Research and Development Department who are constantly evaluating and developing new products, typically it takes over two years to bring a product to market. We hold more patents for egg incubation than all of the other incubator manufacturers combined, and all of our machines fully comply with safety standards, unlike many imported incubators on the market. We source as many of our components and parts from the UK, our plastics are moulded in Wales, our thermometers are made in London, our boxes are printed locally and we do our very best to support other UK manufacturing businesses. Manufacturing in the UK is more expensive than in the Far East for many reasons, one of which is the conditions that staff work in and staff welfare. One example of how our incubators are different to others on the market can be seen in the motors we use. Although some motors appear outwardly similar, we only use ones that have both high overload ratings and particularly long-life moving parts due to the often-adverse conditions they are used in. Our components have to be strictly specified for how they behave in all foreseeable conditions. We maintain spare parts for appliances for a very long time after production has ceased which often means purchasing in small volumes to support this service. We offer a three-year guarantee on our products rather than the standard one year which many manufacturers offer. We also have a sales team that are based in the UK - we provide help online, over the phone and by email. We are able to service machines and we carry spare parts for machines that are many years old, in fact we have customers still using Brinsea machines that are over 30 years old. We make products to last, and products we are proud of.
