Hey @guidemenow4863, you're welcome for the tutorial :) Unfortunately, the only way to test your funnel is to make the purchase yourself. You can then refund your test purchase from your SIO dashboard. I recommend setting a low price for your tests because there may be a transaction fee taken by the payment gateway you're using. I set up the price for $1 when I do tests. Hope that helps!

Hey there, thanks for your feedback, glad you liked the video :) Re your Qs: 1). No, if the customer clicks the button to accept your upsell or downsell then Systeme.io will automatically charge them for any of those products they also choose to purchase since the customer has already entered their cc info on the first order form. 2). Customers are charged separately for the pain product on the funnel and the upsells and downfalls. The payments for each product are also usually reflected separately on the customers cc statement too since each charge is made separately. Before you go live it's advisable to test your funnel and made some test purchases. Great Video Steve. Very clear. I presume it's possible to have multiple upsell pages but only one downsell page, for example: Order Upsell1 Upsell2 Downsell Thankyou? And is it possible to setup a funnel like: Order Upsell1 Downsell1 Upsell2 Downsell2 Thankyou . Thanks
Hi @imr4nkhan, thanks for the feedback, glad to hear you liked the video :) Re your Q - Yes, it's possible to create multiple upsell pages, also the second configuration is correct. For the first configuration: When the user purchases the product, the 2 upsell pages will appear, and the down-sell page will appear only if the user rejects the previous upsell, if they accept the upsell offer, they will be redirected to the thank you page. For the second configuration: When the user purchases the product, the upsell will appear, if they reject it they will be redirected to the down-sell, but if they accept it they will be redirected directly to the 2nd upsell page, then if it's rejected the customer will be redirected to the 2nd down-sell then to the thank you page. In other words, your customer will see all of the upsell pages (they will see a down-sell page only if the upsell page that precedes that particular down-sell page was rejected). Hope that helps!
