    I like the anxietea Tuesdays. The mornings when I do yoga and meditate I am a lot better. I always have time for it but I'm pretty darn good at making excuses. As long as I do it before brekkie I'm good and I've already meditated.
    Hope you get more out of lockdown today. We're off fishing. BTW love the hair.

      Hi 🤗
      It really depends, if I'm really stressed or anxious and my stomach is in knots (the first place I 'know' I'm anxious is in my belly) then I probably visit the toilet a couple of times before leaving! The nervous poos, as my friend and I fondly call it.
      But for the most part, if I'm calm, then no, I just go whenever/if I need to go.
