My problem with the offensive mindset of “then stop us” is that you aren’t keeping the same energy for jamaal williams who you were getting the td for. If your mindset is just stop us then your mindset for the offense should be to earn it. Jamaal ain’t special. I guarantee you there’s other guys on that offense who didn’t get tds this year. Taysom Hill was the only one on the field clearly embarrassed by the play call. At least one of those guys has some integrity.
He better stay quiet tho. He can get shipped with Dennis Allen.
I noticed that too.
He lined up so deep he was past the refs
Jameis Winston put a target on his back. I'm waiting for the day he is QB in a victory formation, and defensive players blast him into nothingness. I want folk who think what they did from victory formation to keep that same energy!
Keep waiting. Wishing bad on another man that you don’t even know is a feminine trait
I have a problem with it because if the head coach told you and the offense victory formation and you do something else that shows total disrespect to the head coach and you should be cut
I’m a saints fan a lot of saints players said they agreed with jameis so should they be cut too they obviously don’t like their head coach
@@bbking3797But the head coach told Jameis victory formation so it’s Jameis job to delay the message to the guys on offense
@@LeetraviusMcKay-q6m jameis said it was a team decision so I’m assuming they knew it was supposed to be victory formation but I wasn’t in the huddle idk 🤷🏽♂️
@@bbking3797So did the defense know about it? And Jameis isn’t even the starter
@@bbking3797right! They all agreed and they did it. It was g his idea.
Victory formation is for the end. Its over. You wanna score come out goal line like men.
I found it more interesting that they basically gave their own coach a big fu and did what they wanted to. They obviously don’t respect their own coach
As a saints fan I don’t respect the coach either. Saints should have easily owned this division
@@bigt9821💯
Bruh this is a real rival of the city of New Orleans not just the saints
The Coach said take a knee.
I don’t care to share my opinion on this, I’m just so happy it happened, & OF COURSE it was JAMEIS FKN WINSTON! This 1 meaningless play will go down in history. It’s absolutely Legendary.
Shady is ridiculous on his take. I’m sure the Falcons would not have cared if the Saints just lined up and ran a pay. Don’t score from the Victory formation. This play made the Saints look weak…. and this is why Jamies does not play.
Fake QB slide is kinda same, the D will stop the play, but doing this out of the V formation I've never seen. It's disrespectful and changes things.
Go Saints. Falcons thought they were something during the first meeting they beat us. Had ludicrous bouncing from roof in concert style and all that. Revenge is butter sweet even in victory formation. Who dat
Believe dat‼️⚜️Who dat⚜️‼️
Shady not being honest is hilarious 😂
Joy was having a blast 🤣🤣🤣
Hmmm..."Shady" thinks a disrespectful play is fair game, very Shady.
That's why shady is shady..
People be forgetting lol
WHY WE TALKING ABOUT IRRELEVANT TEAMS?
Next year the Saints go in victory formation edge rushers gonna come and sack Carr cause the game is not over yet right?
Victory formation is an understanding that the game is over we wanna get of here healthy good game fellas. Now Jameis going rogue and disregard what the Coach said? He better not be in victory position.
This is a rivalry
If I'm the Saints GM/Coach, no way that dude in my locker next season.......Winston is a bum and a disease.....
I normally agree about running up scores who cares but in this case the coach told you not to so Jamis needs to hit the road
Cry about it
My problem with the offensive mindset of “then stop us” is that you aren’t keeping the same energy for jamaal williams who you were getting the td for. If your mindset is just stop us then your mindset for the offense should be to earn it. Jamaal ain’t special. I guarantee you there’s other guys on that offense who didn’t get tds this year. He should have to earn it just like everyone else. So to line up in victory formation and make the defense think you’re kneeling it out and get basically an uncontested td for a guy who didn’t earn it is bogus. Line up in a regular formation and make him earn the td and 2 yards.
Exactly. It's basically a charity TD. If you actually had any self-respect you wouldn't want it.
I love it. I'm a falcons fan. I HATE the Aints the same amount today as last Friday... I guess I can see victory formation. Jameis understand the rivalry
And we SAINTS fans hate ya'll FAILCONS just as much as ever too. WHO DAT!!!
I do not think this was about the rivalry. I think this was Jameis and the team showing up DA bc he has lost that locker room
Pay back...
It's mutual
Shady looks like someone from the back has stole his lunch and is eating it infront of him whilst he is on set 😂😂😂😂
I think that no team will give the Saints a Victory Formation again.
Atl vs NO is a rivalry and always has been
How many people are not understanding that this was something done to get the players paid somebody? If not, everybody invested in this game we got realize that betting is legal in football. This was done to win some money.
The fact that every media member is against the decision makes me like Jameis’s decision even more.
They aren’t saying how this was done for a teammate, aren’t saying how DA wasn’t trying to do a good deed for his player, aren’t saying how DA refused to do it when asked by the players, aren’t saying how Winston isn’t throwing players under the bus like DA and Carr have all season, & aren’t saying how this was a team decision instead saying/framing it as a Winston decision.
Joy code-switching with this panel is hilarious!😂
Saints and Falcons is a big rivalry…Score as much as you can score
Exactly... We Hate each other. They need to look up what happens at Saints Vs Falcons Games. Before During and After
@thesouthgotsomethingtosay2204 / @@ranndyburnside613 but if they wanna punk us (Falcons) atleast punk us... like men not by doing it when the other team isn't coming. Atleast when Sean Payton would do it he wasn't hiding it. What they did was cheap but hey a rivalry is a rivalry and I get it.
Falcons fans and Saints fans already over it. Everybody else making it a big deal worry about yalls own rivalry..
If it’s about respect tell the Falcons to put the Saints name on the score board instead of visitors, now that is disrespectful

0:53 it is the real real, boxers have got knocked out or punched in the face and just like this play, they scored.
She’s saying if you don’t want them to score. Stop them? How can you stop somebody if both teams saying okay game over and then still run a play. I didn’t care when they did it. But I do have a problem with the excuses. Jamie need to just say man I haven’t played all year. I wanted to feel like I at least did something. They say something all the time about players making a lay up at the end up basketball games. But now it’s oh if you don’t want them to score stop them
Somehow I knew Shady wouldn’t understand honor among men! That’s like going to shake a man’s hand and while the other man has his hand out you punch him in the face! If you want to punch me get them hands up! Don’t try to get me while my guard is down! But of course Shady wouldn’t understand that!
Sorry I love Jameis but you don’t line up in victory formation and then sneak In a play when you’re up 24. Great way to get someone hurt.
Shady with the smooth brain take once again
There’s a reason Jameis is on the bench. Dude is corny 😂
Long live Jameis Winston!! WHO DAT!!!
Y’all call football soft these days but cry about a team running up points on the team their going against. Y’all are literally hypocrites
I agree with acho, to both points 🤡
We should not attack anybody on this panel for any reason, especially not their intellect.
But about that “victory formation rpo” from the one yard line while up 41-17…disrespectful in the most respectful way possible.
Iron Fist In A Velvet Glove. 👏🏾👏🏾
The Saints scored! It was a team decision…It’s a rivalry game…It is what it is….
Classy Aints fan
@@ADUSN and you are classless being blocked lol bye bye
Shady sitting over there thinking real hard trying to find something stupid to say.
Yeah he’s an absolutely goof. This is one of his worst takes.
It also shows that he didn’t acknowledge or listen to anything that was said during the segment before him.
U a goof too . U never play and u soft af
I respect James Jones Super Bowl ring more than I respect Shady’s 2 Super Bowl rings 😭 Mans spent his career with the Eagles and then ring hopped for those 2 rings
He named Shady for a reason guys
Shady is such a clown!
Acho the first person the give context on why the touchdown was so important. I been waiting on somebody to point that out
The point is the coach told them to take a knee and Winston went rogue
Ever heard of an audible?
@Rayunicorn1 that wasn't an audible.
Victory formation is the same is a tap-out in the ufc (for the defense). I want the falcons to go full effort next time and earhole them. See if it’s cool then.
I can’t believe no one has mentioned this yet, or thought to say it on air. But if the Saints were lined up in any other formation, except for victory, then the coach would know that they had something up their sleeve and call a time out. for them to be able to accomplish what they needed to which was get Jamal Williams a touchdown they had to run out of the formation that the coach called.
Exactly this! I'm sure the players weren't thinking about the look of it... They wanted to get Jamaal the TD and knew if they lined up the coach would've stopped it.
The story is that Dennis Allen has no control over his players and nothing else.
No problem going for a TD but not that way. Acting like you’re gonna line up in a victory formation then sneak it in is a cheap way to do it.
Shady makes James jones look smart
wtf you talking about? James jones always on point. You just wanna run yo mouth
@@traplordso985 I been watch sports talk all my life ik what I’m talking about
