Early morning driving at the Arboretum - my favorite FPV ride so far! 😊 I went there to record a lap video for RC Grid and I'm very happy that I took the chance to explore the Arboretum. Those wooden cows are a carousel, a meadow with real cattle is next to this.
At 13:09 I lost video signal, had to re-gain it and also had a nice short chat with a lady walking her dog. When I was finished driving a guy from the nearby RC airfield came by to check that our radios didn't interfere, but he was very cool about me FPV'ing around. That trip was really worth it! 👍

Yeah man, I'm really happy I did make it there before I move. Definetely one of my favorite parks, I like it especially in the early hours. In this video I could only cover a fraction of the arboretum itself because of the many trees blocking transmission… 😉

@@NUeB_RCFPV Hopefully you find some good spots in your new location. That's the one thing I really don't like about where I live. It's a small city but populated like a large one. Earlier I drove to a big parking lot of some surgeons office or something and it was dead out there, no one around, everything closed at like 8am. 5 minutes later some car randomly pulls up to the front and sits there, then some truck comes in a few minutes later and tells me I need to leave before they call the cops.
For whatever reason I've found just the act of driving an RC car around to be one of the most difficult things I've ever tried. I'll drive somewhere and immediately get derailed by a Karen. There is always someone that shows up or is already around, and half the time at least it's someone who wants to call the cops. I have yet to find a perfect spot where I'm basically hidden.

@@Magneticitist Thanks, buddy. 😊 I'm pretty sure I'll find some nice spots for FPV'ing. I'm moving to a small village in a non-urban (lol) region. And even here, in eye-sight of big town Frankfurt most ppl are very cool w/ me FPV driving or flying my camera drone. Maybe I'll start FPV flying again, gave that up near the big town & airport some years ago…
But what you write sounds *really* crass & sad… 😟 Are so many ppl pissed 'bout their own lives? I really wish you to find some place where you can just enjoy the (completely harmless) hobby!
