Alternative way to open a console in ETS2

Following up to some of the comments from my original console cheats video I decided to make an extension tutorial as a supplement to those who can't open the console with the tilde key [under escape]. All you have to do is change the key mapping to a different key. I randomly used 'v' key as it is unassigned in ETS2 and therefore it does not interfere with any other controls ;)
