- This jukebox by the Santoor maestro Pandit Shivkumar Sharma, defines solitude. The album begins with a gat in madhyalaya jhaptala based on the raga. This is followed by gats in madhyalaya sitarkhani and drut teentala. The Pandit has also worked in collaboration with Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia and composed light music for Bollywood. But the Santoor expert is widely known for making the Santoor a recognized instrument in Hindustani classical music.

Pandit Ji's spellbinding rendition has anointed my entire inner being with such an emotional balm of peace and happiness that it engrossed my feelings with an extremely soothing and calming sensation. Hence, naming the Raga "Antardhwani" has turned out to an ultimate success.
This is truly Antardhwani...only a divine soul can give such marvellous rendition...as we listen we move inwards and a calmness settles within... feel like listening again and again,what a melody and mastery....

Dear Vivek... my brother and I discovered him in the 1990's on many cassette tapes and DVD's with Shiv Kumar Karma. We bought every one we could..... also, a T -Series VHS with Amjad Ali Khan. He is our favorite Tabla master. So sensitive and cool.
