Why do you think the all stars are still called Chuck Taylors, it's always been a basketball shoe, it might look different to the original but it's still made the same way as it was when it was designed for basketball

Oh and the only difference with the chuck 70s is better quality and more comfort, but it's still made the same way the basketball shoe was, there's a reason converse don't have much grip on the bottom and why it's a thin shoe made of canvas, it's for the basketball court
