When the alarm goes off the clock beeps (a sequence of 3 beeps repeatedly) while the green light flashes. Outside of the alarm, nope.
hows the battery life? cant find the info anywhere.
Not sure of what duration should be expected but mine is still running on its original battery

In Australia there $79.00 got the Pepsi one good alarm luminance is great can read it middle of the night.

you should look at the seiko wall clocks , they have a couple sweep seconds wall clocks that look like their prospex divers .
