Overall, it would be Palm. Palm is in station 2, beach front so very accessible to other restaurants nearby. But other hotel has pros too.
Best food - Prime
Best beach - Prime (located in Station 1 so there's not much crowd)
Most Peaceful - Prime
Best amenities - Palm (it has skypool which is overlooking the beach)
Best location - Palm
If you're on a budget you may want to try Park but this is not on a beach front and would take 10-15 minute walk to go to the beach.

If 1st time goer, I'd recommend Palm since located sya sa Station 2 which is gitna ng coastline. Kung mag iikot ka, mas malapit to sa dmall and other restos so di na need magrent ng trike. Kaya mo puntahan both station 1 and 3 by walking. Mas maluwag rin buffet area and pools. Prime is located in Station 1 so medyo dulo. If prefer mo peace of mind or muni muni, mas ok dito. 😄

Usually the rooms do come with free breakfast buffet :)
