I'm glad you liked the content!! Goodluck in your IT course!! Keep studying and practicing your skills. And you're very welcome!! One of my goal is to inspire more women to be in tech because I believe that we also have so much to contribute to the industry
@@EastCharmer current I'm watching the video with your coworkers about IT issues they have
@@nurozdemir9105 aaaahhh I need to make an updated video of that too
Nice mam
These are wonderful! Thank you so much for posting this. I am trying to get into IT, and may have some interviews lined up here pretty soon. This helps immensely! You are the best!
You're welcome! I'm glad the video is helpful. Nice goodluck on your interview. I always say that it's better to be overprepared than underprepared.
Service now is good
Yeah I like it better than fresh service
Hi there. I see this was a year ago. Are you still doing this type of IT function? Im training to become a network engineer...do have anything related to this? I love your vids. Much thankx
Hello! Yes I still do user support but my role is all around IT so I also do a lot of tech projects as well. For Network engineer, I think it would still be a similar approach with ticketing system but the issues will be more network related like switch and router issues for example
what is the best MFP network printer from your experience please?
Finally another video ticketing
Sorry for the delay but this will be a regular series now 😊😊
We use lansweeper for tickets and assets
I see. Interesting to know. Thanks
💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
We use TeamDynamix
Ah! I've never used that before. Thanks for the comment
Permissions? Setting permissions?
Nope. Ok, just guessing. Will review! Love your vids!
Thank you! Most of the permissions are account permissions from different systems we use so that also varies in different companies as well.
