Having the ability to set the speed of everyone around you to a certain speed regardless of how fast they can or were moving is actually really strong. Especially if it can be honed to affect inorganic matter as well. 😅😮
With barry's ability, I thought he would atleast move in a normal human's speed in that turtle field, but now, it seemed like instead of slwoing down time, the tuetle made some transparent jelly shield around him, and even light just got stuck there 😅
This show was really the best at , "ahhh he just went around the corner, he must be gone by now", and not a single person on this team ever go "well sh_t Barry, if only we knew someone that can search nearly every corner of central city in a matter of minutes try to look for a guy that can not be more than 20 yards away from where we last saw him".

he shouldn't be the same speed as everything else, if the turtle slows down time, then Barry should still be able to move like a normal person in that time slowing field, since distance is divide by speed multiplied by time and since barry moves a little slower than mach 4 which is less than 4939.2 kph he should still be able to move fast or atleast at human moving speed
