A tip..Next time buy a phillips tv, there have the Phillips hue build in on the back of the tv is called ambilight. So there is no need for buy a separate LED string to put on the back off the tv. I have that tv,is so good.

I don't watch you as religiously as I used to😢 but when I do, oh man, Tara, for some reason you always make me cry lol in a good way, a good way I promise haha! Unsolicited running advice/encouragement: A 10k by spring, if you can do 30 min running in 8 weeks, is a completely doable plan! You’ve got this! The hardest part of running are those early stages, you can do it!
Early stages of running (particularly if you are doing all of the running on a treadmill) can be painful. I have found compression socks and elevation of the legs afterwards make a huge difference for recovery (and shin splint prevention) post run! They look ridiculous, but they make such a difference in recovery time
First of all, get you a friend like Sarah. Second, Tara… what can’t you do? 💚

We’ve updated from 11’s to the 15. I’m a pro with hubby and granddaughters the pro/max. Mines arrived a while ago, with theirs coming mid October to late October

I felt fall vibes were strong this week also with the temps in the 60s with lots of clouds and rain here and there. All the leaves are changing and getting super vibrant...but summer is pushing its way back with 80 degree temps next week! I am so mad lol.

Tara you will deffo get addicted to running! I recommend doing them outside more often than the treadmill, just so lush having some sun and a breeze.

One thing i want to do that is out of my comfort zone is learn how to swim. i never learned growing up so i def want to try. also do more physical activities. i made a list of fun activities i want to do with my friends - dance class, puppy yoga, boxing- fun things to do together to get motivated. i'm so used to walking around my neighbourhood i want to get outside and do something more.
