I love PDM Perceval for me it's all year around fragrance.

Great video. By the way, now that PDM has increased their fresher, spring/summer line up I think we could now have a top 5 PDM for the hot and cold weather separately. The fresh and heavy fragrances don’t need to compete with each other. Yes I enjoy Carlisle more than Percival, but Percival is my most dependable summer scent up right up there when it’s hot

Great vid Joel, came across you’re channel a couple days ago and now a new subscriber 😃 love the list! I have Kalan in my Arsenal also. The red bottle just looks tremendous😍and the juice is awesome!! Such a unique opening like you say and an absolute beast of a performer! I honestly don’t understand some of the hate for it on UA-cam! It’s a phenomenal fragrance. Much love from Scotland 🏴🏴🏴

Being new to the niche fragrances, I purchased darley over layton. Definitely gonna get layton though. Kalan is very underrated..super nice fragrance!

You've got to try Byerly. It's one that starts off with a very smoky and woody vetiver, but then transitions to a softer, slightly sweeter fragrance. It's my new fall/winter favorite.
Do you think it's a safe blind buy? I have Pegasus, Carlisle, Herod, and Layton.
@@NsIX3 I would say no. I sampled it too and initially thought it was too dark with almost a burnt wood smell. Later on when it dried down, it was nicer, as I described above. It's definitely different than the other popular PDM frags.
Isn't that Darley discontinued or am I wrong? If you have any ideas I would be really pleased to know. Darley I was using for a 2 year. I had 2 bottles. A month ago I went to the perfume store in Milan and got Layton because they said they don’t have Darley any more.
I have Akaster, Nisean and Shagya. In fact, wearing Shagya today along with Vanille d’Amine by L'Atelier Francais Des Matieres from Luckyscent. I was a bit disappointed when I bought my bottle of Shagya, as the lime note wasn’t as zingy and fresh as the sample I had. Loving Vanille d’Amine ATM.

Hey Joel, ive seen a lot of people compare percival to Legend by Mont blanc. Do you think they are similar? I've purchased 5 fragrances from PDM and I've been wanting to purchase Percival too but the fact that people are comparing it to Legend makes me think twice before I make a purchase. Whats your opinion, do you think I should go for it? Very informative video as always! keep em coming! Kalan is my personal favourite too and you inspired me to try it. Fell in love ever since....
Percival is most similar to Abercrombie and Fitch - Fierce, with added notes, depth and greater projection/lasting power.

Try PDM Lipizan. Hopefully I spelled it right. Overlooked gem.
Layton > Herod > Oajan > Kalan > Habdan.
Don't like Darley, Sedley, Carlisle etc. Godolphin and Layton Exclusif could fit my list too I guess.
