You are hearing her voice vibrate to create that affect it's very common and if you hear her sing while not on television you will hear the same affect. Its very east to mistake this common skill as auto tune because autotune was created to mimic sound like this. But that's her actual voice.

its not really autotune, its just not recorded live in the scene either, it was probably recorded in a booth and then maybe clean up a little, which really isnt the same as autotune at all

I feel like the reasons for victorious not showing her voice more was cause they knew she could sing and knew it would be a tripple threat.
