I would've bawled my eyes out I still cried but damn this would've been a huge throw back. They could've done a scenario where they added all his adventures including the movies into a 4 or 5 minute special ending with the song playing.

When we got to the counter, an older gentleman asked if we wouldnt mind him paying for my movie. He explained that his son had loved pokemon as a kid, and was now grown up and moved away. He said he missed buying these kinds of gifts for him, so was asking would it be alright if he bought it for me. I still think about that a lot, I hope that guy is doing well.

Watched this movie recently after not doing so since 2006 when it first came out and got extremely nostalgic. I’m 27 years old and I’m going to start watching pokemon regularly again 😄.
I love lucario soooo much because of this movie, i really wish Pokémon was real my starter would be definitely be a riolu i hatched from an egg hands down. The Pokémon world just seems soooo much more fun.
