If u wanted to sow vinca seeds then 1st bring a small plant from nursery . They will produce seeds automatically.. u can collect them or disperse them in soil they will grow automatically. I saw seeds and just dispersed seeds in soil and seeds germinated in 3 days
Once germinate keep them in bright area slowly expose to sunlight once the seedlings having theree four pair of leaves may be after month you can transplant them and take care while uprooting some part of soil must be there to preserve them from transplanting shock

Just when you realize seeds are sprouting gradually allow them light at subsequent day increase 1 st day one and on 2nd day 1.30 hour and so on it will strengthen the stem of seedling which is really important
Now it’s the best time to sow seeds of vinca. I had sowed few seeds 2 months ago too but only 2 germinated but the seeds that I sown last week germinated very quickly and didn’t cover it with potting soil this time.
