Hi John if you get a clear day you can see a lot of the mountain ranges just mountain tops for miles, its good place for easier walking in the mountains as they are more rounded rather than the rugged mountains on the west coast. Atb Ally 👍
Nice one Ally, looked as tho it was blowing a hoolie up there. Don’t know if you’ve watched my vid of the first 2 you did, but I witnessed one of the greatest sights I’ve seen in my hill walking and that was 100’s of stags & Deer running at full pelt thru the valley between the 2 munros. Mesmerising stuff. Yeh there just great big lumps up that neck of the woods but still great walking. I remember only too well that long walk back from the lochan, went on forever.🤣🤣 ATB Frank.👍🏴🏔
Hi Frank, that was a really windy day the weather lately been so up and down, there was a huge heard of stags on the hill side on the way down. I need to get a wee recap on your footage Frank to see them running through the glen. There was birds of pray everywhere I looked so much wildlife in that area. That walk back down the glen was never ending but was pretty flat so wasn't to bad in the end. ATB Ally 👍

Really enjoyed these mountains Andy as a change from the western mountains these are more just big rounded hill so made for easier walking a long walk at that 😂 but would have loved to have got the drone up there was so much wildlife but the wind played its part again. ATB Ally 👍

Hi Paul yip the road is all the way up the first one , I think there is another path that goes up i think it was the old railway track but I just went with the gpx I had . Good steady walk nothing to hard just the walk from the lochan back down to the car felt quite long but still a day out Atb Ally 👍
Great walk Ally if a bit breezy on those tops, grand views when you got them over countless glens and tops, on a bigger scale than but very similar to my local hills The Cheviots here in Northumberland. Take care. Mick
