    As a child growing up in the 50’s, I always loved whole grains but it was very hard to find. Once I discovered the ability to mill my own grain, I refuse to eat store bought bread. I just can’t bring myself to buy it much less eat it. Thanks to bread Beckers for bringing these videos to us.

    We would love to attend some of these classes. We would need to travel, we live in Western Canada…. So….. holiday??

    Wondering if I can cook wheat berries or corn for polenta in my rice cooker. Seems like it should work.

      You can definitely cook and boil the grain for consumption as well. However, I am not sure about the rice-cooker settings or cook time.
