As a child growing up in the 50’s, I always loved whole grains but it was very hard to find. Once I discovered the ability to mill my own grain, I refuse to eat store bought bread. I just can’t bring myself to buy it much less eat it. Thanks to bread Beckers for bringing these videos to us.

I have really enjoyed watching these classes and am learning a lot.
Awesome! Thanks for letting us know!
Thank you for teaching the old ways on cooking. I do appreciate your time of sharing and encouragement! 🍞 🍯❤️
You get points for knowing the difference between "healthful" and "healthy." 👍🏻😁 (I just bought your book from the Bread Beckers as well.)
Thanks so much!
Great class! Vielen Dank!
You are welcome! Thanks for commenting!
We would love to attend some of these classes. We would need to travel, we live in Western Canada…. So….. holiday??
Sure! Come on down! We'd love to have you!
Wondering if I can cook wheat berries or corn for polenta in my rice cooker. Seems like it should work.
You can definitely cook and boil the grain for consumption as well. However, I am not sure about the rice-cooker settings or cook time.
Is this book Ancient grains or Simply Ancient Grains
