- This week it's our Cooke SP3 Lenses Cinematic Footage Short, Shot on Sony a7S III. These new Cooke Sp3 cinema lenses are the smallest Cooke cinema lenses ever produced, and with their E-mount, are a perfect pairing with the Sony a7s III.
What do you think about our Cooke Sp3 lenses footage? We particularly liked the Cooke Sp3 32mm lens and the Cooke Sp3 100mm lens. The bokeh was perfectly round and really cinematic looking overall. Is the Cooke Sp3 cinematic footage what we expected? I'd say it performed as good or better than we were hoping. Next week we feature a full Cooke Sp3 lens test VS the Cooke s4 lenses.

I would like to see comparison between Dulens APO Mini Prime and Cooke SP3 on Red Komodo 6K. Is price difference worth it? That´s my question. :-)
@@Vrzalik81that would make a good test. Haven’t tried the Dulens yet but they look promising. And very similar to the Cooke in size and T-stop.

Looking good. I'd be interested in knowing what you did for stabilisation. Was it all in post (warp and slowed down) or did you change anything in camera?
Thanks Mark! We just set the stabilizer in Camera on the a7s III to "On". We didn't do any stabilization in post. Nothing too fancy!
I only want to know what ssd and/or NAS do you use. Oh and what memory cards in your camera? How do get such a high fidelity video like that? Your transfer looks so great!

Strange...It does not have Cooke feel. Completely different than Speed Panchro. The look is rather cold.
Thanks for watching! Hmm interesting...I didn't find them cold. They actually matched color temp well when we compared them side-by-side with the S4s....might be the white balance and sunset colors giving that impression in some shots.
I'm not impressed for lenses of that price point
