I would like to be into gardening. I like full lush colourful gardens. But I just don't have the time or the know-how. I would enter the competition but I don't use Instagram. Good luck to everyone else that has entered ❤️
Great video. I just found your channel by watching a short. Thanks for sharing your process. As far as gardening I have started indoor gardening in 2020. So far I’ve grown potatoes, jalapeños, rosemary and baby kale (which is taking way too long) More research required for that. And cat grass which my cat refuses to eat. 😂 (even though she eats the grass outside)🙀
I love being in nature, so it would seem like I'd enjoy gardening. Unfortunately, I have a rotten thumb and any plant I so much as attempt to care for dies horribly (tho incredibly fast). So I leave the gardening to others and shower them with compliments on their work instead. Beautiful work and lovely video 🙏🌼 very inspiring and helpful

Thank you for this video! It’s very inspiring as someone who is also self teaching themselves art. It’s very informative. And your art style is so cute 😊

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and being open! It's nice to know that I'm not the only one with similar struggles. And we're not alone in this and it's ok to not be perfect! I'm really inspired by how hard-working and positive you are with your work and being passionate about what you create and love! Keep up the amazing work and love what you're creating!!
Great video. I’ve watched for awhile as I also draw on my iPad but am just starting to monetize my art. Who do you use for enamel pins? I’m I do love gardening. Every year I grow herbs (basil, rosemary and cilantro) and sunflowers because I love sunflowers. I also started growing some mother of pearl poppies and wildflowers. Trying to keep those pollinators active. I don’t really use IG much (I know I know I should) but social media gives me hives. Lol. Can’t wait to see more.
I have a video coming out soon where I will talk about where I get my enamel pins so keep a look out for that! And wow I love hearing about all the gardening you do! I would love to get into it but I haven't been able to keep any plants alive ever lol but I plan to learn someday!
@@fructusillustrations Start with an herb like Basil or Rosemary or a flower like wildflowers. These are super easy to keep alive. I started with basil and it got huge and I loved it so much because we use basil a lot and it can get a bit expensive. I grew two plants and had enough to save for almost 6 -9 months. Go for it!
Sadly i have kind of a black thumb lol. Flowers will die just being in my presence however I do enjoy plants and I try. I currently have 2 indoor plants that I have been able to keep alive so I recently bought a new one.... wish me luck. @KimmyNoel143
I love hearing about how you got started and things you’ve learned along the way. As for gardening, I’m not so much of an outdoor gardener but I do have houseplants! The giveaway sounds fun and wish everyone good luck! @pirroppidoodles
Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying my videos! And yes, houseplants are great! In the past, I wasn't a good plant mom but my bf's mom gave me a plant recently and I'm trying so hard to keep it alive! I'm learning haha
@@fructusillustrations I was 100% the same way but during lockdown I became plant crazy! Eventually I had to downsize because my plants grew larger than I expected them to. I think the secret to my success was switching my plants to soilless medium!
Hi Jen, Thank you for showing us your drawing process and answering our questions! Your videos have insightful information, which has helped me a lot. I am debating whether to start a stationery shop or customize a party-in-box shop at the moment. Growing up, I watched my parents spend hours outside doing the garden; however, I have never found myself interested in doing it myself. I appreciate seeing the plants grow over the season, even if they worsen my allergies. I remember when I was about nine years old, we planted chilies 10ft x 8ft plot in the backyard and picked them all season long. The following summer, my dad wants to grow chilies again. We said he was crazy because we still had dry chilies from last season. Nowadays, it is nopals. Sincerely, @silvertonepages
Yeah, I'm not the best either but you just reminded me of when my grandpa used to grow tomatoes and green beans in the backyard when I was a kid! He was so good at gardening and I wish I had learned from him!
I don't garden outside currently due to not having the means to, but I do enjoy having my indoor plants. I have thought about trying to grow herbs indoors for my next gardening project🌱@uhgmeh
this video was so helpful and inspiring! i love your art style so much! I do like gardening but I cant seem to find the time for it. But I do love filling my house up with plants. Good luck to everyone in the giveaway @hannah_modab
Nice! House plants are just so nice to have! I'm not a gardener nor have I had many house plants survive in my past, but I'm trying to learn because they add such a nice touch to homes!
Thank you everyone who entered the giveaway! The giveaway is now closed and the winners have been contacted! Thank you again for all your support!
I can not express my love for your art enough 😻
Hey I love seeing how you use procreat!! Could you do a video on how you do more detailed prints! Love your stickers
Sure! I'll do something like that soon! 😊♥
I do love gardening. I am not as good as my Mom at it. She has way more energy for it than I do, but it’s a hobby we can bond with, so I love it.
Aww that sounds so precious! I love that!
Your videos are so helpful and well thought out. Thank you for making them!
