Quite the recommendation for Poor Little Things, i haven't seen it yet but its on our Disney+ list. We Were Soldiers is a good film and if you want some other recs for war movies some good'ns are: Saving Private Ryan (also the series Band of Brothers which is outstanding, if you get nothing else, get this!) Black Hawk Down The Green Zone 13 Hours Lone Survivor Platoon Full Metal Jacket The Thin Red Line Valkyrie 1917 And a great film to continue the Ferrari story (sort of) is Ford vs Ferrari (AKA Le Mans 66), with Christian Bale and Matt Damon. 🍿
Thinking about Shine, I know that Geoffrey Rush won Best Actor at the Oscars [in 1997] for his leading role as a child prodigy pianist who suffers a mental breakdown. You’ll find the video of him winning no bother on the Academy’s UA-cam page. I actually purchased that Gladiator 4K & Blu-Ray. I haven’t seen the film for many many years and it is a great price, the lowest you’ll ever get for any 4K title, James.
Great picks, reminded me I need to watch poor things
