I test drove the 2.0L and it has enough pep for city and highway. Is the toxic stutter for the 1.6L worth the added power gain, especially if you live in the big city???
@@MiguelMyCarGuy thanks. 2.0l is very smooth at low speed cruising and does a really good job at shutting-off fuel when coasting in gear... Now, just need to get the price down, since it's priced like a midsize suv.

I think the SEL Plus won me over. The Hyundai Kona is definitely a vehicle I need to check out. My only concern is the leg room space.
what's the max size tire I could fit for the kona? add a 2 inch lift and stick on 33"? if i buy the AWD system, can i push a button and switch it to fwd whenever I want?
@@MiguelMyCarGuy Miguel, be honest - how reliabel are the Konas? i'm normally a Honda guy - but, i like the size of this Kona and the simplicity of it and the features such as the wireless android - so, i'm thinking of buying it. am i crazy? ha
None of the Konas as of 2020 have an electric tailgate. The button on the key unlocks the rear, but if you want it to open you're gonna have to lift it up and close it manually.

I just got one 2020 Se FWD my neighbor told another neighbor it’s ugly lol I didn’t ask her opinion I don’t have a mommy and daddy that owns a used car lot and expect them to provide me with a used car! Get out get full time job then she can have one ! Smh 🤦♀️

The 2.0L is more than enough for city driving. The turbo is more powerful, but if you rarely go more than 60, stick with the 2.0L.

Not sure about max tire size or a life, but I do know that the AWD system is not able to switch to purely FWD mode at the push of a button.

Yeah, the Rav4 is a higher level of vehicle than the Kona. The CH-R is Toyota's Kona competitor.
