Ha this made me laugh. (But I always have back up microphones just in case!)
We need more of Fred's culinary skills in his kitchen. The way he presented and got his sandwich made was incredibly relaxing but deliciously crunchy. The slicing of the bread and vegetables was high grade. He evened out his ingredients on both slices. Thoughtful to have flavor in every bite. He also whispered. Which made me feel sleepy good.🥱 Everything worked. You did a great job! I hope we get to see more in the kitchen. Enjoy your week, Fred.💚💜

This was actually very fun to watch! Not only that, but it was nice and soothing too. I've always enjoyed watching people cook and make stuff, which is why I enjoy the Food Network channel on TV.
